INDIGENOUS WRESTLER NGOZI AKAKEM FACES THE LAW.

If you remember the scandalous drama that happened in January, you would recall that Ngozi Akakem physically attacked her best friend Nkeiru over spurious allegations of having sexual relations with her husband.

Ngozi came to Nkeiru’s house with her thugs and humiliated the victim at gun point and allegedly tried blackmailing her to pay 500 thousand naira to deter the release of the video.
Unfortunately the video of the attack revealing Nkeiru’s nudity was released and social media went agog.

This sparked a media outrage which led to the #JusticeforNkeiru movement and ultimately the prosecution of Ngozi Akakem in the court of law where she was slammed with a 10 count charges.

Apparently, this is not Ngozi’s first rodeo. They were some pending criminal reports against her from other victims of her violent attacks.
However, Court has granted her bail to the tune of one million Naira and must get a level 16 officer to surety her.

Dorothy Njemanze who spear heads the movement of #JusticeforNkeiru took to her Facebook to reveal that the matter has been adjourned to 28th of March, 2019 as justice will not be denied.

Ngozi for reasons best known to her denied Nkiru a right to fair hearing but Nkiru on the other hand has ensured Ngozi is not denied her right to fair hearing.. The essence of this is to resolve conflict without violence. The truth never hides. There is no justification for committing crimes. Let alone film yourself committing the crime then publicize it. No one is above the law. Not Nkiru, not Ngozi, not me or you reading this.
